- Conduct mental health assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation in line with company policies.
- Deliver exceptional client service and collaborate with a diverse team to address community mental health needs.
- Employ innovative therapeutic techniques to assist clients in achieving their goals.
- Document each session according to established guidelines.
- Full-time clinicians are expected to maintain a minimum of 25 client sessions weekly.
- Coordinate care with case managers, families, and other professionals as necessary.
- Participate in clinical meetings and training sessions.
- Engage in additional responsibilities that contribute to the role.
- Fully licensed mental health professionals (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC) with a valid Illinois license.
- Experience working with children and adolescents is preferred.
- Experience with couples and family therapy is a plus.
- Familiarity with therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing.
- Credentialing with insurance panels is advantageous.
- A good sense of humor is highly valued.
- Must hold a valid Illinois license.
- Experience in developing treatment plans and clinical documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
- Timely submission of documentation and reports.
- Comfortable working with a diverse clientele.
- Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems.
- Must pass a background check.
