Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and empathetic Child Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with clients, families, and our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health services. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission of destigmatizing mental health and breaking down barriers for our communities.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and collaborate with our team to further our mission.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session, adhering to company guidelines and protocol.
  • Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week for Full-Time status clinicians.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university, with licensure in your designated field.
  • Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
  • Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
