Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, including OSHA and EPA standards.
  • Manage and maintain refrigeration equipment, including electronic controls systems, electrical systems, and ammonia refrigeration equipment.
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to manage expenses and capital expenditures.
  • Drive quality and safety standards by ensuring that equipment, tools, and supplies are in good working order and readily available.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, refrigeration systems, or a related field.
  • Refrigerating Engineers & Technicians Association (RETA) Certified Assistant Refrigeration Operator (CARO) and Certified Industrial Refrigeration Operator (CIRO) certifications within 30 months of job entry date.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Compliance experience, including knowledge of regulatory agencies and industry standards.
  • HVAC and refrigeration equipment experience, including working with blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000.00-$100,000.00, as well as annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and stock. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.
