Job Title: Warehouse Manager

EOS USA is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the entire order cycle, ensuring business development and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service for spare parts.
  • Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle for over 2000 SKUs related to spare parts.
  • Collaborate with the EOS North America Purchasing department to ensure optimal stock levels and acceptable order fulfillment.
  • Ensure accurate and organized inventory levels by maintaining inventory records, supervising physical counts, and updating adjustments according to established policies.
  • Prepare timely records and reports regarding warehouse activity.
  • Supervise and provide staff direction, schedule warehouse employees, and maintain structure to meet department and company goals.
  • Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair, and requisitions for replacement.
  • Achieve financial objectives by managing an operating expense budget and associated staffing levels.
Requirements:
  • Proven understanding of lean manufacturing concepts and ability to lead 5S and kaizen efforts for continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of material flow, lean concepts, pull systems, cost savings initiatives, and visual warehouse techniques.
  • Proficient in standard ERP and logistics software, with SAP knowledge a strong plus.
  • Logistics, transportation, and freight experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills demonstrated across multiple functions and locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff, including personnel development.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills, including ability to express well-reasoned independent thought.
  • Understanding of racking, material handling, and space optimization.
  • Possess knowledge on import/export compliance and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
  • Develop and deploy key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, OSHA standards, and ISO standards, enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions.
  • Communicate effectively to employees their responsibility for safety, following safety rules, and reporting unsafe working conditions to their supervisor.
