Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and attention to infants, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and nurturing environment, promoting healthy development and growth.
  • Establish a daily routine that includes feeding, diaper changing, playtime, and maintaining a clean and organized space.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed of their child's activities and any issues that may arise.
  • CPR and first aid certification is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications:

  • A love of working with children and a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow directions.
  • Flexibility and reliability, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
