Job Title: Construction Laborer

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer to join our construction team at Sentry.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the construction industry, performing various tasks to support project completion. The Construction Laborer will work under the supervision of an experienced foreman and assist in all aspects of construction projects, including site preparation, demo, assembly, materials handling, and cleanup.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with various construction tasks.
  2. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
  3. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  4. Assist with setup and maintenance of construction equipment.
  5. Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
  6. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  7. Work collaboratively with the construction team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
  8. Perform basic carpentry, masonry, or other construction tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience working in the construction industry required.
  3. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
  4. Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in construction.
  5. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
  6. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions closely.
  7. Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
