Job Overview

Mark Kruse Construction is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Construction Laborer. This position involves assisting in the construction and remodeling of commercial and industrial sites, as well as participating in demolition activities.

Estimated Salary: $16 - $23 per hour, dependent on experience.

The ideal candidate will have prior field-related experience in general construction, with backgrounds in carpentry and roofing being a plus. We offer a competitive wage, along with benefits including Aflac, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building and remodeling structures for commercial and industrial construction sites.
  • Participate in demolitions for all types of structures.
  • Clean and prepare job sites.
  • Loading and delivering materials to job sites.
  • Using various hand and power tools.
  • Setting up and taking down ladders, scaffolding, and other temporary structures.
  • Site organization.
