Job Title: Global Brand Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Global Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Revel IT. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in executing home entertainment product and marketing strategies for TV series and TV movies from CBS Studios and other production companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confirm earliest transactional release dates for television series around the world, taking into account local broadcast dates, holdbacks, and delivery/production timelines.
  • Coordinate the greenlight process for international releases by requesting projections from local territories and production costs.
  • Set up products in internal systems and provide direction to production teams on product design.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal planning and tracking documents.
  • Draft sales materials and route them to various departments for approval.
  • Confirm legal and music clearances.
  • Monitor retail sites to ensure EST and disc releases are accurate and available.
  • Track performance of TV releases post-launch.
  • Manage meeting agendas and identify information and assets to be added to retailer product pages.
  • Route marketing materials for approval and contribute to the development of presentations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Film, Television, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or project management, preferably in home entertainment, film studios, marketing/advertising agencies, or consumer products.
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Air Table.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and effectively within the Brand Marketing team and across various departments.
