We're seeking a highly skilled Medical Practitioner to join our team at 1Life Healthcare in Tacoma, Washington.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of primary care experience, be currently licensed or able to obtain licensure in the state of Washington, and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

About the Role:

  • You'll work closely with our medical director to develop innovative solutions for delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to leverage coaching and integrated behavioral health models to engage patients and drive behavior change.
  • Utilize our proprietary Electronic Health Record to plan care for individual patients and maximize impact on the population.
  • Participate in weekly protected time for team building and shared discussion of challenging cases.

Estimated Salary:$160,000-$200,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting.
  • Partnering with the care team to leverage coaching and integrated behavioral health models.
  • Utilizing electronic health records to plan care for individual patients.
  • Collaborating with the care team to participate in team-building activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
  • Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Washington.
  • The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively.
