Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Consultant - Customer Experience to join our team at AT&T. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales targets, and earning your commission.

About the Role

You will work on the sales floor, using a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options. You will also be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use a consultative sales approach to provide personalized sales expertise to customers.
  • Participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to meet customer needs.
  • Be flexible and open to change to stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.

Salary and Benefits

Our Retail Sales Consultants earn an estimated $23.61 per hour plus up to $62,460 per year in commissions. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving sales goals can lead to top seller status.
