Sales Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Consultant - Mandarin to join our team in Palo Alto, California. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating meaningful connections with every customer, guiding them through their options, and meeting sales targets.

About the Role:

  • On the sales floor, you will use a consultative sales approach to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • You will be a part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Your work schedule will be between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us.
  • This is a fast-paced environment, and being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and meet customer needs.
  • Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but we also provide training and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Compensation and Benefits:

Our Retail Sales Consultants earn an estimated salary of $55,000 - $63,000 per year, based on location and performance. This includes an hourly wage of $20.98 - $24.23, plus uncapped commission opportunities that can reach up to $62,460 per year. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and more.
