Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Unit Restaurant Manager to join our team at HZ Coffee Group LLC. As a Multi Unit Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant managers and ensuring the successful operation of multiple restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of restaurant managers to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Ensure all restaurants meet brand operational standards and food safety standards
  • Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve restaurant performance
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales and profitability
  • Recruit, hire, and develop restaurant managers

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management or a similar role
  • College degree preferred
