We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join us as a Sales Manager/Director in Germany. In this role, you will lead our expansion efforts and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Become an Expert: Develop a deep understanding of our customers, products, and the market to effectively promote our AI solutions.
  2. Client-Centric Approach: Conduct discovery calls with a customer-focused mindset to quickly identify client needs and pain points. Demonstrate how our solutions can make a tangible impact and contribute to their business success.
  3. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with our leadership team on strategic projects. Utilize your strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking to drive growth initiatives.
  4. Lead Generation: Use a combination of calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and independent research to schedule meetings. Your efforts will generate a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

As a Sales Manager/Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in Germany. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers and partners.
