Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales group throughout the OEM key account group, focusing on account management and sales closing techniques.
  • Develop new business and sales strategies, working closely with the Vice President of Sales.
  • Support the Vice President of Sales with input on strategic account management and divisional customer analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or business required.
  • At least 6+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial consumable products required, with experience in the Lubricants or Chemical industries preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce desired).
  • Demonstrated success in opening new business.
  • Solid understanding of direct selling concepts and product knowledge.
