Role Overview

As a Staff Product Designer on the Reddit Pro team, you will play a crucial role in designing experiences that help businesses understand and engage with relevant communities and conversations on Reddit. Your mission will be to create innovative solutions that connect businesses with the most relevant content and communities across Reddit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic design solutions that drive business growth and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, software engineers, and UX researchers, to create seamless and intuitive experiences.
  • Translate complex business needs into elegant and scalable design solutions.
  • Drive consensus across diverse teams through effective communication and presentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum + years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in designing for web and mobile applications.
  • Strong written and presentation skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories and bring others along in the design process.
  • Comfort with complexity and ability to find clarity in ambiguous situations.
  • Humble, curious, and motivated to ship the best product.
  • Strong product sensibilities, with experience in social or consumer-facing products a plus.
