Your Role:

We are seeking a skilled Backend Technology Specialist to join our team in Austin, New York, or Park City, UT. This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, including benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, disability coverage, and flexible vacation time.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a backend software engineer and be proficient in Python/Flask, NextJS/React, and Tailwind CSS. A strong understanding of developer experience and rapid prototyping with a tight customer-feedback loop is essential. You will have the ability to quickly achieve expert status, create great features, and solve problems without detailed requirements. If you are a doer who develops creative solutions that remove blockers and ship great products, we encourage you to apply.
