Job Overview:
  The Accounting Support Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the financial operations of SAN ANTONIO METROPOLITAN MINISTRY Inc. This position involves reviewing and processing accounts payable invoices, reconciling corporate purchasing card transactions, and assisting in preparing monthly financial reports for department coordinators and managers.
  To succeed in this role, you must possess strong organizational and communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  Responsibilities:
    - Review and process accounts payable invoices for payment in a timely manner
    - Maintain current vendor contact information and handle all vendor correspondence
    - Reconcile and report on the corporate purchasing card program
    - Prepare and present monthly financial information to department coordinators and managers
    - Assist in implementing new funding sources, including budgeting and verification of funds
    - Other duties as assigned

  Skills and Qualifications:
  - Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Accounting or a related field, or 5 years of equivalent experience
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  - Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
  - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications and ability to learn new programs

  Salary and Benefits:
