  • Guide and develop a team of financial analysts, ensuring top-notch analysis and deliverables.
  • Supervise the creation of financial models to aid business planning, decision-making, and strategic initiatives.
  • Engage with upper management to furnish financial insights and recommendations that enhance business performance.
  • Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to ensure financial targets are achieved.
  • Compile and present comprehensive financial reports, including performance analysis, key metrics, and strategic insights.
  • Perform thorough analysis of financial data to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes by reviewing financial statements and ensuring data accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA, CFA, or CPA certification is highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or senior analyst capacity.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with an emphasis on mentoring and talent development.
  • Advanced expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis tools, including Excel and ERP systems.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with upper management and influencing strategic decisions.
  • Understanding of industry trends, economic factors, and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.
