Select Medical is in search of a dedicated Rehabilitation Specialist to become part of our dynamic team. We are committed to providing exceptional care to a diverse range of active adults facing various orthopedic challenges, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and work-related conditions.

Position Details:

  • Sign-On Bonus: $7,500

This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 401(k) retirement plan featuring company matching. Additional benefits include short and long-term disability coverage, personal and family medical leave, and a Clinical Ladder Program that allows staff clinicians to earn bonuses ranging from $2,000 to $3,500 based on their extracurricular contributions.

Work Schedule: Shift hours are flexible, with clinic hours running from 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 7 AM to 1 PM on Friday. Early and late shifts may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and timely documentation using Therapy Source
  • Interpreting assessment and diagnostic data, including medical notes and surgical reports
  • Ensuring the precise transcription and processing of medical orders
  • Promoting continuous quality improvement within the team
