Your Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain energy wholesale contracts with upstream suppliers in close cooperation with the Legal, Finance, Controlling, Compliance, and Portfolio Management departments.
  • Verify and approve energy wholesale invoices.
  • Manage liquidity planning files for electricity and gas.
  • Oversee SAP accounts and reconcile relevant cost centers for electricity and gas.
  • Create, maintain, and monitor provisions and other operational expenses (sbA) as part of a safety-related analysis in the energy trading sector.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating defined risk parameters and preparing reports for the Portfolio Management department.
  • Support and prepare measures for the procurement of green electricity and green gas certificates and handle them in the corresponding administrative registers.
  • Prepare presentations, plan and coordinate appointments, take on special tasks, participate in projects, and support evaluation and reporting activities.
Your Profile
  • You have successfully completed studies in business administration, a commercial apprenticeship, or have a comparable qualification.
  • You have extensive experience in energy trading and portfolio management.
