Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Family Medicine. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our healthcare team, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient needs
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Administer medications, perform laboratory tests, and provide wound care as needed
  • Document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice
  • 1-2 years of experience as an LPN, preferably in a family medicine setting
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
