Deputy Director Job Description

The St. Cloud Housing and Redevelopment Authority is seeking a highly qualified Deputy Director to assist the Executive Director in leading and managing the Agency's operations. As a key member of the leadership team, the Deputy Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of Agency operations, supervising the housing department, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Director in setting the strategic direction of the Agency
  • Oversee the housing department, including property management and resident services
  • Supervise resident caretakers and ensure compliance with Agency policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop and implement Agency programs and services
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of job-related experience, with no less than 5 years in a management-level position
  • Certified Housing Manager, Certified Tax Credit Manager, and Fair Housing and Reasonable Accommodation Certification
