Job Opportunity

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Birth to 5 Program in Redmond, OR.

About the Role:

We are looking for a licensed SLP with CCCs to provide speech therapy services to children ages birth to 5, developing individualized treatment plans to support early communication development and collaborating with educators, therapists, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement speech therapy programs for young learners with varying communication needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive support for children's development.
  • Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans to address communication challenges.

Requirements:

  • Must hold SLP CCCs and Oregon licensure or eligibility.
  • Prior experience working with early childhood populations is preferred.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
