Job Title: Valet Parking Attendant

Join our team as a Valet Parking Attendant at Parking Management Company, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Valet Parking Attendant. As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and providing information about our hotel's amenities. You will also be responsible for safely and efficiently managing valet parking services, collaborating with the valet parking team to ensure a smooth and efficient parking and retrieval process for guests' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
  • Assist with the check-in and check-out process, providing information about the hotel's amenities.
  • Safely handle guests' luggage, transporting it to and from rooms promptly.
  • Offer assistance with carrying luggage and provide information about room features.
  • Collaborate with the valet parking team to ensure a smooth and efficient parking and retrieval process for guests' vehicles.
  • Safely drive and park vehicles, adhering to company and safety standards.
  • Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with the front desk, concierge, and other departments to ensure coordinated guest services.
  • Relay important information about guest preferences and special requests.
  • Monitor the entrance area for any suspicious activity and report concerns promptly.
  • Adhere to safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and their belongings.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
  • Capability to run, retrieve vehicles, and lift luggage up to 50 pounds.
  • Preferred, but not required: ability to drive a standard (stick-shift) vehicle.
  • Ability to use personal cell phone for work purposes.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport luggage, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
