Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Operate a manual transmission vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Inspect vehicles before taking possession, marking tickets with any findings and reporting any issues to supervisors.
  • Assist customers with directions and provide information about the area, utilizing your knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and freeways.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors and managers to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience is essential, with a strong focus on providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid state driver's license with a clean driving record is required, with the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, is necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods is required.
