RN Surgical Navigator

We are seeking a highly skilled RN Surgical Navigator to join our team at Ascension Seton Northwest. As a key member of our surgical services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Develop and oversee program initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and document care plans and therapy programs.
- Oversee the implementation of plan of care therapy programs and ensure necessary resources and equipment are obtained as ordered.
- May supervise and direct nursing staff to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or professional licensure at time of hire required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing with 3-5 years of experience in Neurology, Cardiology, Stroke, Spine, or Surgical nursing preferred.
- Experience in Epilepsy or DBS surgery preferred.
