RN Surgical Navigator

We are seeking a highly skilled RN Surgical Navigator to join our team at Ascension Seton Northwest. As a key member of our neurology department, you will play a critical role in developing and overseeing programs that ensure the highest level of patient care and clinical standards.
Responsibilities- Develop and document care plans and therapy programs.
- Oversee and ensure plan of care therapy program is implemented as indicated.
- May supervise and direct nursing staff.
- Coordinate, assemble, and maintain documentation as required.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
- Bachelors in Nursing with 3-5 yrs experience specializing in Neurology, Cardiology, Stroke, Spine, Surgical nursing preferred.
- Epilepsy or DBS surgery experience.
