Groundworks Foundation Repair Company

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Installation Crew Member to join our team at Groundworks, the nation's leading foundation services company. As a vital member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting solutions in homes across the area.

About the Role

This is a full-time non-seasonal position that offers a competitive salary of $25 per hour, with bi-weekly pay and weekly bonus opportunities. We provide all tools and transportation to the job site, ensuring that you have everything you need to succeed. As a Groundworks employee, you will also enjoy benefits such as medical, dental, vision, long/short term disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement program with a company match.

Responsibilities
  • Working on a high-performance team serving customers in our local area
  • Installing our products and services under the supervision of trained professionals
  • Loading and delivering materials from the warehouse to the work site
  • Performing set-up and clean-up tasks at the work site
  • Digging and back-filling trenches/holes when necessary

In addition to your technical skills and experience, we require excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time, and perform strenuous physical labor.
