About the Role

South Texas Health System McAllen is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapy Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our clinical development program, you will be responsible for leading the discovery and development of new therapies to treat cancer and other diseases.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of research scientists in conducting quantitative modeling, clinical trial simulations, and safety tests.
  • Analyze pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics data to inform therapy development decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive therapy development initiatives forward.

What You Will Need

  • A degree in pharmacy or a related field, preferably with experience in clinical research leadership.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
