About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Experience Navigator to join our team at Mass General Brigham Medical Group, Inc. in Watertown, MA. As a hybrid opportunity, this role entails onsite coverage 3 days per week and remote coverage 2 days per week, supporting our Internal Medicine and Behavioral Health services for adult patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient experience through check-in/check-out, phone support, and administrative tasks
  • Support back office operations for multiple iCare sites, including Watertown, Burlington, and Salem, NH
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Utilize Epic EHR system to manage patient data and communicate with healthcare providers
Requirements
  • High school degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in high-touch customer service or patient-facing roles
  • Healthcare experience, specifically in the ambulatory space, preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Epic EHR system
