Job SummaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic and Spanish-speaking individual to join our supportive staff as a Patient Care Coordinator. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of services to our clients.
- Adhere to and enforce professional policies and procedures.
- Comply with all State and Federal laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients of all demographics.
- Work effectively with colleagues in a high-paced team environment.
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Must have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented.
- Ability to discuss sensitive and confidential information in a professional and unbiased manner.
- MA pharmacy technician license is an advantage.
