Job Description:
This role offers the perfect blend of customer service, insurance expertise, and teamwork. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks, including:
- Managing client inquiries and concerns
- Processing claims and resolving issues
- Assisting with policy reviews and quotes
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Service: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain client information and policy details
- Sales: Assist with policy reviews, quotes, and sales efforts
- Insurance Policy Reviews: Review and analyze policy details to ensure accuracy and compliance

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in insurance or a related field
- Property and Casualty License preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
