Neonatal Care Specialist

Stanford University's Department of Pediatrics is committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services to infants, children, and adolescents. As a world-renowned institution, we are dedicated to advancing medical care, research, education, and training.
We are currently seeking board-certified/eligible pediatricians with expertise in hospital-based neonatal care and a strong interest in neonatology. This role will involve providing high-quality patient care, teaching, and administrative responsibilities within the Division of Neonatology.
The successful candidate will have opportunities to work in various locations, including Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, Sequoia Hospital, and El Camino Hospital. They will be responsible for covering the Delivery Room, Well Newborn Nursery, Level II Intermediate Care Nursery, and/or a Level III NICU. Additionally, they will have the chance to engage in resident and medical student education at Stanford, as well as participate in clinical and quality improvement initiatives related to newborn care.
**Required Qualifications:** Board certification/eligibility in pediatrics; Strong clinical skills in hospital-based neonatal care; Special interest in neonatology
**Salary:** The expected base pay range for this position is $213,000 - $387,000, commensurate with faculty rank and years in rank. This pay range reflects base pay and does not include all components of the School of Medicine's faculty compensation program or pay from participation in departmental incentive compensation programs.
