At Current USA, we are seeking a highly skilled Nutrition Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing and modifying individual diet plans, creating menus for our personnel to follow, and ensuring compliance with OPWD regulatory standards.
- Develop and modify as necessary individual specific diet plans
- Create menus for DDI personnel to follow
- Participate in IDT conferences as required
- Complete monthly and annual nutrition summaries
- Ensure compliance with OPWD regulatory standards
- Liaison with facility nurse regarding nutrition issues
- Routine observations on at least a quarterly basis of mealtimes for individuals with modified diets to ensure staff competency of meal preparation and diet appropriateness
- Ensure provision of nutritionally adequate and acceptable quality food
- Ensure standards for sanitation, safety and security in food preparation and service
