Responsibilities
- • Provide high-quality childcare services to children in a safe and nurturing environment
- • Develop and implement engaging activities to promote children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development
- • Establish and maintain a positive relationship with children, parents, and other caregivers
- • Communicate effectively with parents and other caregivers to ensure seamless care and support
- • Maintain accurate records of children's activities, meals, and medication administration (if applicable)
- • Collaborate with parents to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet children's unique needs
- • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance childcare skills and knowledge
Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in childcare or a related field
- • High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education degree or certification preferred
- • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
