Job Title: Clinical Program Coordinator - Addiction Recovery Specialist

Join Epiphany Wellness LLC, a state-of-the-art alcohol & drug addiction rehab center, in a mission to provide true transformation by leading the way in treating addiction.

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Program Coordinator to work closely with clients to determine their rehabilitation needs and provide individualized treatment. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree and 2 years of experience in staff supervision and program administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure record-keeping compliance
  • Hire, supervise, and evaluate the Program Leadership team
  • Trouble-shoot clinically-related problems and roll out clinical initiatives
  • Collaborate with other facility directors to discuss Performance Improvement findings
  • Develop and implement action plans to correct problems or issues defined
  • Assist in periodic review and revision of policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Attend treatment team meetings, as scheduled
  • Comply with required hours in accordance with the contract agreement
  • Work collaboratively with the Executive Director, facility staff, physician, and allied staff
  • Adhere to and ensure facility policies and procedures
  • Abide by all safety/risk, infection control, and other guidelines, as required
  • Assist in ensuring State and Federal regulations and JCAHO standards are met and maintained
  • Coordination of all vendors providing Clinical Services
  • Minimum of 1-2 Saturdays per month providing Clinical Services in the Facility

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree and 2 years of experience in staff supervision and program administration
  • A minimum of one year in partial hospitalization or outpatient setting, serving in administrative function; preferred
  • LSW or LCSW and LCADC; preferred
