Job Title: Clinical Director

Foothills at Red Oak Recovery is seeking a skilled Clinical Director to lead our clinical treatment program for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct supervision of clinical staff, training, and support to ensure the highest standard of comprehensive, ethical clinical care.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train clinical staff in delivery of services for mental health and substance use disorders
  • Provide direct support to clinical staff, including primary therapists, milieu therapists, and direct care staff
  • Assist with client assessment and develop individualized treatment goals
  • Provide ongoing therapeutic interventions to assist clients in overcoming challenges
  • Modify and enhance clinical services as needed
  • Coordinate clinical trainings for Red Oak Recovery staff
  • Advocate for the highest standard of comprehensive, ethical clinical care
  • Collaborate with other professionals as part of a treatment team
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a human service field
  • LCSW, LCMHC, or LCAS licensure
  • One year of experience supervising clinical staff
  • Experience in supervision of daily clinical operations of inpatient treatment of substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Dually licensed in both addiction and mental health treatment
  • Experience working with adolescents in an eco-therapeutic setting
  • Three or more years' of experience supervising master level clinicians and bachelor level substance abuse counselors
