Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain capacity planning models to ensure accurate forecasting and planning of Wafer FAB equipment requirements.
- Collaborate with process, equipment, and manufacturing engineering teams to identify and implement solutions to improve equipment OEE and throughput.
- Represent Western Digital in discussions with external partners, consultants, and suppliers to support capacity planning and equipment efficiency initiatives.
- Continuously innovate and enhance capacity planning system functionality to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- 4-year degree in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in managing capital requests, capacity modeling, and equipment efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Physical ability to wear wafer fab cleanroom garments and remain in cleanroom environment for extended periods.
