Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to clients, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of client studies, including arranging tables and chairs, and ensuring client rooms are clean and fully stocked.
  • Perform various tasks using computers, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and email.
  • Learn and operate various equipment and technology, including copiers, printers, laptops, telephones, and recording equipment.
  • Assist with shopping for client and respondent food, project supplies, and facility needs.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience desired.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule, averaging 20-30 hours per week.
  • Computer experience, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite, is a plus.
