Compensation: Site Pay
Shift: Flexible schedules available (specific hours and days will be discussed during the interview)
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service is always your primary focus.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Mobile Patrol and Driving.
- Monitoring and reporting on activities at your designated location.
- Conducting regular area patrols and perimeter inspections.
- Providing swift responses in critical situations.
- Skilled in composing detailed reports.
- Understanding when and how to enforce client protocols, regulations, and standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive screening process.
- Experience as a security officer.
- Valid CA Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Previous or current experience in Military, Law Enforcement, or Corrections is advantageous.
- Active CA Guard Card is mandatory, along with additional 32HR BSIS Security Officer training (further training may be provided during the hiring process).
