Office Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our corporate office. As part of this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing files, tracking invoices, and preparing correspondence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. They will also be able to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. An estimated salary for this position is between $50,000 and $60,000 annually.
