We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Leader to serve as our Nursing Unit Manager at The Laurels of Steubenville. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for teaching and mentoring others, and a commitment to delivering exceptional nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate nursing care provided by RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other team members.
  • Develop and implement effective nursing procedures and systems to ensure high-quality care.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to improve staff performance and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have current state nursing licensure, CPR certification, and additional certification in a nursing specialty is desired. Management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing is preferred.
