The Laurels of Steubenville is seeking an exceptional Healthcare Leader to manage our nursing home and lead a team of skilled nursing staff.

Job Summary

This leadership role involves supervising nursing care provided by Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for reviewing and implementing nursing procedures, assessing and evaluating quality care delivery systems, and contributing to guest assessments and plan of care development.

Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a current state nursing licensure as an RN, current CPR certification, and management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing. Additional certifications in a nursing specialty are also desirable.
