Teacher Leader

As a Lead Educator at Clayton Early Learning, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality early childhood programs that meet the individual needs of each child. This involves creating engaging lesson plans, maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment, and providing direct supervision to classroom teachers. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless program operations and contribute to our organization's mission to advance early childhood education and improve family outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement daily activities based on children's interests and needs, promoting learning in all developmental areas.
- Organize and maintain a safe, supportive, and age-appropriate learning environment.
- Conduct regular audits of classroom materials and equipment, identifying future needs.
- Facilitate team meetings and identify resource needs for effective programming.
- Administer first aid and submit incident reports as needed.

A competitive salary of $50,000-$55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
