Job Description

In this role, you will prepare and teach daily student interventions, providing individualized instruction based on scholar needs in multiple content areas. You will analyze scholar data and use it to provide scholar feedback and set IEP goals.

You will collaborate with general education teachers, school leaders, service providers, and families to ensure that instruction meets the needs of each learner. Your responsibilities include case managing the IEPs of scholars on your caseload, creating and implementing IEPs and evaluations that meet CDE quality standards for Special education.

You will consistently track and progress monitor IEP goals, support accommodations and modifications implementation across the educational environment, and demonstrate ability to write quality IEPs, including a summary of student performance, goals, and benchmarks based on assessments and needs.

About the Role

This position involves coaching 1-1 Teaching Assistants if there are scholars on the caseload that require 1-1 support, and managing and leading a team of Teaching Assistants in providing one-on-one instructional and behavioral support to center-based scholars.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's or master's degree (any subject) and enrollment in ASPIRE, paid for by RMP with a commitment to teach for three years. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with a salary range of $62,000 to $96,800 depending on experience and level of education.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
