- Perform duties of restaurant team members as needed.
- Facilitate team meetings to promote communication and collaboration.
- Provide training and development opportunities for restaurant staff.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, recipes, and operational systems.
- Foster a guest-centric culture within the restaurant.
- Analyze guest feedback and implement strategies for improvement.
- Communicate restaurant objectives, goals, and performance metrics to team members.
- Manage the rollout of new products, including training and promotional activities.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment by enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Control operational costs to enhance profitability.
- Conduct periodic inventory assessments as required by the franchisee.
- Prepare weekly labor schedules to ensure adequate staffing for guest demand.
- Manage vendor orders and inventory processes.
- Conduct self-assessments and develop corresponding action plans.
- Ensure adherence to the restaurant budget as established by the franchisee.
- Oversee cash management practices to minimize discrepancies.
- Engage with Dunkin' Brands Field Operations team as necessary.
Management Duties:
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor restaurant team members.
- Monitor, evaluate, and provide feedback on employee performance.
- Coach team members to enhance sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Fundamental math and financial management skills.
- Prior leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality sectors.
