  • Manage the rollout of new products, including training and promotional activities.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment by enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation protocols.
  • Control operational costs to enhance profitability.
  • Conduct periodic inventory assessments as required by the franchisee.
  • Prepare weekly labor schedules to ensure adequate staffing for guest demand.
  • Manage vendor orders and inventory processes.
  • Conduct self-assessments and develop corresponding action plans.
  • Ensure adherence to the restaurant budget as established by the franchisee.
  • Oversee cash management practices to minimize discrepancies.
  • Engage with Dunkin' Brands Field Operations team as necessary.

Management Duties:

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor restaurant team members.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and provide feedback on employee performance.
  • Coach team members to enhance sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Fundamental math and financial management skills.
  • Prior leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality sectors.
