Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated SAP Infrastructure Management Operations Engineer Lead to be part of Toyota's One Tech Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management, maintenance, and support of the SAP Platform, including troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
- Conduct thorough analysis to identify root causes of technical problems and propose effective solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to ascertain and prioritize business needs.
- Pinpoint opportunities for automation to enhance system reliability.
- Mentor team members to develop their technical expertise.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in managing SAP platforms.
- 4+ years of experience in managing AWS Cloud infrastructure.
- Proven experience in leading teams of full-time employees and contractors.
- Familiarity with SAP security settings and database management.
- Experience in integrating SAP with non-SAP systems.
- Background in critical platform support and incident resolution.
- Experience with Distributed and Clustered SAP deployments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Strong expertise in managing business-critical platforms.
- SAP Certified Technology Associate certification.
- Self-driven and motivated individual.
