Objective:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our project team, ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure management services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating new hire processes, including paperwork, payroll setup, and benefit enrollment.
  • Conducting new employee orientations and maintaining accurate records.
  • Processing employee actions, such as transfers, vacations, and terminations.
  • Managing project administration, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and distributing mail.
  • Preparing monthly reports, including client required reports, overtime, and payroll data.
  • Maintaining confidential employee files and project documentation.
  • Assisting with purchasing, equipment maintenance, and vendor contracts.
  • Administering accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliation and verification.
  • Supporting fleet management, including data entry and invoice review.


Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office administration or customer relations.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and develop best practice solutions.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work extensively to meet business needs.
  • High attention to detail, initiative, problem-solving, and personal organization skills.
  • Strong administrative, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and ambiguity.
  • Strong strategic thinking and multi-tasking skills.
