Your JobThe Feetures Creative team is responsible for imagining, designing, and curating creative concepts, campaigns, and assets that express the Feetures brand. We create for various channels, including web, digital, events, print, retail, and packaging. Our growing team seeks a Designer to develop concepts and layouts, execute assets across CRM, site, catalog, social media, events, and miscellaneous brand projects.
Responsibilities- Create static and motion content to drive conversion and brand engagement
- Experiment with and refine design to help solve identified business problems
- Continually strive to improve both shopping and brand experience
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Gain and maintain a current and deep understanding of the product, target audience, and competitor activities in the market
- Assist the Creative Director on key graphic design projects for print and digital use
- Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary
- Creation of menu of tools and graphics for our retail partners
- Ad creation based on ad analysis/performance
- Planning and building campaigns and concepts with the marketing team
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
- Communicating with partners about layout and design
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary
- Design portfolio demonstrating phenomenal design excellence
- 5+ years graphic design experience
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
- Experience in mobile-first, responsive web environments
- Interest and experience in Motion graphics and/or relevant animation experience a plus
- Exceptionally high creative bar and a conviction that details matter
- Fast and efficient, with proven time management skills; committed to meeting deadlines
- Able to work both independently within a team environment, and collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve necessary results

Feetures offers 20 PTO days which are available to you on day-one of employment and are available to all employees, no matter your role. After working at Feetures for 5 years, your PTO days will increase to 25 days. These days can be used for vacations, appointments, and sick days.
Additionally, Feetures offers 10 company paid holidays along with 1 floating holiday to be used at your discretion.
