About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design Lead to join our team at Forvis Mazars, LLP. As a key member of our Marketing & Business Development team, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging designs that meet the unique needs of our clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Translate client needs and marketing strategies into designs and creative projects for internal and external marketing channels, including ads, brochures, exhibit graphics, email campaigns, posters, presentations, social media images, firmwide campaigns, proposals, etc.
  2. Work independently with internal clients to achieve brand-compliant creative strategies and work that meets the expectations of our clients and prospects.
  3. Collaborate with other Creative Team members to ensure consistent brand style through all project designs and communications.
  4. Proactively pitch and ideate new concepts to Creative leaders to always be innovating.
  5. Use resources to stay current in the design industry, including brand research, concepts, and Adobe software capabilities and updates.
  6. Submit weekly invoicing in our system.
  7. Produce company-branded marketing deliverables and graphics quickly and efficiently.
Requirements
  1. Must be an exceptional communicator who can effectively work with and support marketers and other internal clients to understand the objectives of each project and help them achieve their goals through relevant designs.
  2. Exhibits a desire for continuous growth and development. Welcomes constructive criticism and coaching. Learns lessons from mistakes.
  3. Always looks for opportunities to enhance creative.
  4. Capability to lead creative discussions independently with internal clients.
  5. Ability to assume responsibility for projects in existing stages of completion.
  6. Effective time management to simultaneously work on multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines.
  7. Ability to offer new ideas and concepts clearly and effectively to team members.
  8. Be able to vocalize suggestions and concerns directly and professionally.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  2. Experience in professional services or in a highly matrixed environment.
  3. 3 years or more of relevant experience.
  4. Master-level proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint. Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other Microsoft Office Suite products.
  5. Must have experience with print design.
